Genesys Sub contract R-MAD limited for the thomascook Contact center implementation project. R-MAD limited working together with BT the main System Integrator.

Genesys sub-contract R-MAD to work together with tietoenator (tieto)Team for the implementation of a MAJORC NORDIC Insurance Contact Center. The Solution consist of Genesys IP telephony Solution and Multichannel Routing.
